I use Vidaone apps (3) very frequently and love the use of it. However, since I use the iPhone 6s Plus, I cannot add any food since the app freezes. Any solutions? Many thanks in advance for your support.

There could be two causes to this issue:
the application isn't fully compatible with your phone, therefore it needs updating.
there is a bug in the application that causes the free or based on your input.
For both cases, I recommend reinstalling the application to see if the error persists. In case it does, then open the application and access the Help section. Use the available contact options to report this issue to the developers.
